PFCE/ERSEA Manager

$2230.40 Biweekly

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, M - F, 52 weeks per year

Location:  Lexington Park, MD

The PFCE/ERSEA Manager must be committed to improving family and community engagement and services through collaboration with teachers, other managers and staff, community members, and students. Ideal manager candidate should be able to use new and existing resources to ensure Head Start student needs are met, and Family Services goals are achieved. This position works as a part of the content area team of managers/coordinators/specialists to integrate Head Start services for children and families. This position is responsible for family and community engagement and services to include social services, ERSEA, child files, volunteers and parent engagement, fatherhood as well as being the lead for child abuse and neglect related activities.
The minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably related to one or more of the disciplines they oversee. One year supervisory/management experience preferred. Two years’ experience in case management preferred.
